At Queen Cannabie, we want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us. Every product is handcrafted with love, using natural ingredients and the highest quality standards. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on skincare, body care, and wellness products that have been opened or used.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at [your email address] with your order number and details.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

Opened skincare, body care, or personal products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at [your email address] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@queencb.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
